Terms of Service
1. Using Nexus Engine
These terms describe your use of the Nexus Engine Discord bot (the “Service”). By interacting with or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and ask a server administrator to remove or disable the bot.
2. What the Service does
Nexus Engine provides configurable community tools such as moderation, member verification, welcome messages, support tickets, applications, levels, an optional coin economy, polls, giveaways, reminders, role panels, temporary voice rooms, and music controls. A server administrator chooses which modules are enabled and how they are configured. Features may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable.
3. Discord rules still apply
You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable Discord developer policies. Discord is a separate service and controls Discord accounts, servers, and platform availability.
4. Server administrators and moderation
Server administrators are responsible for the bot’s permissions, settings, channels, roles, staff access, application questions, and moderation decisions. Automated filters can make mistakes. Administrators should review enforcement actions and provide a way for members to contact server staff. Nexus Engine does not replace human review or guarantee that every harmful message will be detected.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, spam, unlawfully monitor, expose private information, evade Discord safeguards, or violate another person’s rights. Do not use application or ticket forms to solicit information that is unnecessary or highly sensitive. Do not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the bot, Discord, or another user’s data.
6. Information you submit
When you submit a ticket, application, reminder, or other content, you are responsible for what you share and for having permission to share it. Application answers are delivered to the server’s configured staff channel. Ticket conversations are held in Discord channels managed by that server. Avoid passwords, payment-card details, health information, and other sensitive personal information.
7. Disabling the Service
Server administrators can disable modules or remove the bot at any time. The operator may restrict or discontinue the Service when needed to protect users, a server, or the Service. Removing the bot does not automatically erase messages or files already posted in Discord.
8. Availability and legal limits
The Service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator makes no promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose, and is not responsible for decisions made by server administrators or for Discord’s services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the Service changes. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is made. For questions or a request about your use of Nexus Engine, contact the owner or moderator of the server where you encountered the bot, or the operator who provided it.
